Milan Moore joined Lidman Law as an Associate in June 2018.  Ms. Moore’s practice involves representation of employees in all areas of employment law, with a specific emphasis on wage and hour class and representative actions.  She also represents employees in claims for wrongful termination and discrimination.  Prior to joining Lidman Law, Ms. Moore worked for an employment litigation boutique, where she successfully represented employees in discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination cases in both state and federal court.

 

Preceding her work on behalf of employees, Ms. Moore worked as an Equal Justice Works AmeriCorps Legal Fellow at Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, where she represented low-income veterans on a broad range of legal disputes.

 

Ms. Moore received her Juris Doctor from UConn School of Law in 2015 and received her Bachelor of Science for Political Science and Psychology from Trinity College in Hartford, CT in 2012. Ms. Moore is admitted to practice in all California State Courts as well as the U.S. District Court for Central California.

 

In her free time, Ms. Moore enjoys taking cooking classes and volunteering with local youth organizations.
