Marlyn is a Paralegal at Lidman Law, bringing multiple years of training in the legal field and a strong foundation in employment law. She completed her training through the ABA-certified UCLA Extension Paralegal Program after discovering her passion for law during her undergraduate studies in Sociology at Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington.

Over her years in the legal profession, Marlyn has honed her skills in intake, fact analysis, legal research, client support, and document preparation. Her work spans diverse areas, including involvement in wage and hour class actions and individual discriminatory employment cases, offering her a deep understanding of complex legal issues.

Marlyn is fluent in Spanish, enhancing her ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients. Her strong work ethic and desire to help aggrieved employees embody the values upheld by our firm, ensuring our clients receive exceptional representation and support.
