Lidman Law, APC is a law firm specializing in employment law and which is dedicated to representing former and current employees throughout the State of California when they have disputes against their employer.  The attorneys at Lidman Law, APC collectively have over 30 years of experience litigating employment cases, including significant experience handling wage and hour class actions.  They also have extensive experience litigating claims under the Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act, individual wage and hour cases, wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims. Their experience includes litigating cases throughout the State of California in California State Courts, Federal Courts, arbitration tribunals, and state agencies such as the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement and Department of Industrial Relations.
