Romina Tamiry was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2019.  She received her Juris Doctor degree and Straus Certificate of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law in May 2019.  Romina completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in International Relations.

 

During Romina’s second year of law school, she worked as a law clerk for JAKKS Pacific, Inc.  There, she drafted agreements relating to licensing, trademarks, confidentiality, and anti-bribery.  Additionally, Romina participated in Pepperdine’s Legal Aid Clinic at the Union Rescue Mission where she provided direct legal assistance to homeless and indigent clients.  Ms. Tamiry’s practice involves representation of employees in all areas of employment law, with a specific emphasis on wage and hour class and representative actions.  She also represents employees in claims for wrongful termination and discrimination.

 

In her free time, Romina enjoys traveling, practicing hot yoga, and exploring vegan restaurants.

 

Romina is fluent in Farsi and intermediate in Spanish and French.
